Customers must provide accurate vehicle, model, year, variant and part details. Final compatibility should be confirmed before fitting or modifying a part.
Condition and availability
Products may be new or used. Condition, inclusions, warranty and availability vary by item and will be communicated for the transaction. Stock remains subject to prior sale.
Prices and payment
Quoted prices apply to the described item and stated period. Taxes, delivery and other charges will be disclosed where applicable.
Inspection and markings
Customers should verify item markings and supplied-product details. A part with a complaint must not be repaired, opened, altered, fitted incorrectly or further damaged before review.
Returns and replacements
Eligibility depends on the item, condition, warranty, sale terms and inspection. When an eligible replacement is available, replacement may be offered before a cash refund. Body parts and items expressly sold without a return policy are not eligible unless required by law.
Delivery and courier
Dispatch timelines are estimates. Third-party courier handling is subject to the courier’s terms and applicable law. Inspect packages promptly and retain evidence of visible transit damage.
Warranty
A warranty applies only when expressly recorded. It does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, modification, accidental damage, normal wear or unapproved work.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
